I made an appointment with Chris Johnson and I was running late. When I got there he was super nice even though I was late. He has the best attitude I have seen with dealing with people. He made me feel very comfortable and he ask me what I was looking for in a car and met every one one of my needs. He is awesome to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone. The whole staff is wonderful. Chris was just above and beyound customer service!
I met with a life long friend of mine at this place. Ryan Johnson was in complete professional manner and made me feel comfortable while I was there. He was also helping other customers but you never felt as if you were on the back burner at all. He was completely upfront with me with my car searching experience and let me know he could get what I wanted, what I could afford and how we would go about the process. He wasn't pushy as many other dealerships have been and showed me many cars and was very knowledgeable about each one. He knows his cars and gets to know you as the customer not just as a customer but the individual person. I felt very comfortable at Budget and it was like a home environment. The staff was amazing! Our car died and because we work different shifts we needed a dependable vehicle in a hurry. Matt (our agent) was absolutely nothing less than brilliant! We recently moved to the Ft. Knox area. After totally our only vehicle in an accident the day after we got here we were in a rather desperate need of a car. We worked with Casey Adair to try and find at least one but preferably two vehicles with payments inside our budget. We're dual military so it was super nice to know that they offered a military discount. Casey was amazing to work with and didn't put pressure on the sale.
